Rules and Regulations

1. Participation is open to all ages.
2. Each exhibit must be an entry of the farm where it was produced.
3. No person may enter more than one exhibit of the same product.
4. All products must be produced during the year of entry.
5. All vegetables and fruits must qualify to Grade U.S. #1 or better.
6. All exhibits must be in the exact quantity as specified by this catalogue.
7. All exhibitors must pre-register their exhibit(s) between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Tuesday of the fair at the fair office on the Amite fairgrounds.
8. All products must be in place and ready for judging by 9:30 AM on the Wednesday of the fair.
9. All products and ribbons may be picked up between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the SUNDAY following the fair.
10. Premiums will be awarded in all exhibits as follows: First Place (Blue Ribbon) $2, Second Place (Red Ribbon) $1
